Our Service allows you to submit questions and comments to FOOTADAPT, LLC (“Submissions”). You are responsible for the Submissions that you submit on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By submitting a Submission on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that such Submission does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, proprietary rights, trademark rights, or any other rights of any person or entity. FOOTADAPT, LLC, and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, licensors and affiliates shall be liable only to the extent of actual damages incurred by you, not to exceed U.S. $1,000.00. Any claims arising in connection with your use of the Service or any Content must be brought within one (1) year of the date of the event giving rise to such action occurred. Remedies under these Terms are exclusive and are limited to those expressly provided for in these Terms.

Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with FOOTADAPT, LLC , or in any way relating to your use of the Service, resides in the federal and state courts of the State of Florida located in Miami-Dade County, and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the federal and state courts of the State of Florida located in Miami-Dade County in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving FOOTADAPT, LLC or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, licensors, and content providers.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time and in our sole and absolute discretion without any prior notice.
